DECREE No. 205/2004/ND-CP of December 14, 2004 prescribing the system of salary scales, salary tables and salary allowance regimes in State companies This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Government’s Decree No. 26/CP of May 23, 1993 and Decree No. 110/1997/ND-CP of November 18, 1997, and the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 83/1998/QD-TTg of April 15, 1998.
