DECREE No DECREE No. 131/2003/ND-CP of November 6, 2003 establishing townships in Muong Lat, Quan Son and Hoang Hoa rural districts, Thanh Hoa province To establish Muong Lat township of Muong Lat rural district on the basis of a land area of 850 ha and a population of 2,850 of Tam Chung commune. To establish Quan Son township of Quan Son rural district on the basis of a land area of 579.40 ha and a population of 2,820 of Son Lu commune. To establish Tao Xuyen township of Hoang Hoa rural district on the basis of 60.80 ha and 1,500 people of Hoang Anh commune, 168.94 ha and 3,114 people of Hoang Long commune, and 45.61 ha and 502 people of Hoang Ly commune. Tao Xuyen township shall have a land area of 275.35 ha and a population of 5,116. This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, annulling all previous regulations contrary thereto.- (Summary)
