DECISION No. 240/2003/QD-BCN of December 30, 2003 transforming VIETRONICS Tan Binh Company into VIETRONICS Tan Binh Joint-Stock Company Under this Decision, VIETRONICS Tan Binh Company, an independent cost-accounting enterprise of Vietnam Electronics and Informatics Corporation, shall be transformed into a joint-stock company with its English transaction name as VIETRONICS Tan Binh Joint-Stock Company, abbreviated to VTB. The joint-stock company shall have a charter capital of VND 70,000,000,000, with the State's equities representing 51%; equities sold to laborers of the company, 35.3%; and equities sold to other subjects, 13.7%. It is headquartered at 422 Ho Van Hue, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan district, Ho Chi Minh city. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
