Tóm tắt
Since 2020, Vietnam has entered the phase of digital transformation (DT). The system of Library and Information organizations (LIS) in Vietnam is no exception to this process. Like all sectors, the Vietnamese Library and Information system has undergone significant changes during the national digital transformation process. These changes have posed new requirements for Library and Information human resources. A cross-sectional study on 52 staff members at the Hanoi Library was conducted to survey and evaluate the current status of human resources at the Hanoi Library and to propose some recommendations for training and developing Library and Information human resources in the context of digital transformation.
