DECISION No DECISION No. 404-TTg ON THE 6TH OF AUGUST, 1994 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON DISSOLVING THE STATE FINANCIAL AND MONETARY COUNCIL THE PRIME MINISTER Pursuant to Article 20 of the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September, 1992; In consideration of the work requirements, DECIDES: Article 1.- To dissolve the State Financial and Monetary Council which was established by Decision No. 85-TTg on the 11th of November, 1992 of the Prime Minister. This Decision shall take effect from the date of issuance. Article 2.- The Chairman of the State Financial and Monetary Council, the members of the State Financial and Monetary Council, the Cabinet Ministers, the Heads of the agencies of ministerial level, and the Heads of the concerned agencies attached to the Government, are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
