DECISION No DECISION No. 68/2002/QD-BNN OF JULY 17, 2002 ON THE EXCEPTIONAL REGISTRATION OF 03 PLANT PROTECTION DRUGS INTO THE LIST OF THOSE PERMITTED FOR USE IN VIETNAM THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No. 73/CP of November 1, 1995 prescribing the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Pursuant to Articles 5, 28 and 29 of the August 8, 2001 Ordinance on Plant Protection and Quarantine; At the proposals of the director of the Department for Sciences, Technologies and Product Quality and the director of the Plant Protection Department, DECIDES: Article 1.- To permit the exceptional registration of 3 drugs into the list of plant protection drugs permitted for use in Vietnam (the list is enclosed herewith). Article 2.- The export and/or import of the plant protection drugs issued together with this Decision shall comply with the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry�s Circular No. 62/2001/TT-BNN of June 5, 2001 guiding the export and/or import of goods subject to specialized agriculture management under the Prime Minister�s Decision No. 46/2001/QD-TTg of April 4, 2001 on the management of goods import and export in the 2001-2005 period. Article 3.- This Decision takes implementation effect 15 days after its signing. The Plant Protection Department shall have to guide in detail the safe and efficient use of the above-said plant protection drugs. Article 4.- The director of the Ministry�s Office, the director of the Plant Protection Department, the director of the Department for Sciences, Technologies and Product Quality, the heads of the units under the Ministry, domestic and foreign organizations and individuals, that manage, produce, trade in and/or use plant protection drugs in Vietnam, shall have to implement this Decision.
