DECISION No DECISION No. 113/2001/QD-BNN OF NOVEMBER 28, 2001 PROMULGATING THE LIST OF MINIMUM TECHNICAL NORMS WHICH MUST BE ANNOUNCED WHEN ELABORATING BASE STANDARDS FOR GOODS BEING ANIMAL FEEDS THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No. 73-CP of November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No. 86-CP of December 8, 1995 prescribing the responsibilities for the State management of goods quality; Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No. 15-CP of March 19, 1996 on the management of animal feeds; At the proposals of the director of the Agriculture and Forestry Promotion Department and the director of the Department of Science, Technology and Product Quality, DECIDES: Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the list of minimum technical norms which must be announced when elaborating base standards for goods being animal feeds Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing. Article 3.- The director of the Ministry�s Office, the director of the Agriculture and Forestry Promotion Department, the director of the Department of Science, Technology and Product Quality, the directors of the provincial/municipal Agriculture and Rural Development Services, and organizations and individuals engaged in the production of and trading in animal feeds shall have to implement this Decision.
