DECISION No DECISION No.144/2000/QD-BTC OF SEPTEMBER 15, 2000 AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING A NUMBER OF COLLECTION LEVELS IN DECISION No.21/2000/QD-BTC OF FEBRUARY 21, 2000 OF THE FINANCE MINISTER ON PROPHYLACTIC MEDICINE CHARGES AND FEES THE FINANCE MINISTER Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No.15/CP of March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers and State management responsibilities of the ministries and the ministerial-level agencies; Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No. 178/CP of October 28, 1994 on the tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of the Finance Ministry; Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No.04/1999/ND-CP of January 30, 1999 on charges and fees belonging to the State budget; After consulting with the Health Ministry (in Official Dispatch No.5311/YT-DP of July 18, 2000) DECIDES: Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the Table of amended and supplemented collection levels of prophylactic medicine charges against the Table of collection levels issued together with Decision No.21/2000/QD-BTC of February 21, 2000 of the Finance Minister. Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing. The other provisions which are not amended continue to comply with the provisions in Decision No.21/2000/QD-BTC of February 21,2000 of the Finance Minister. Article 3.- The prophylactic medicine establish-ments, the payers of prophylactic medicine charges and fees and the concerned agencies shall have to implement this Decision.
